Practical Info

How long does a first physiotherapy appointment take?

The physiotherapy session lasts up to 50 minutes, often around an hour. During this time, the therapist carries out an assessment, puts together a therapeutic exercise plan, and if needed uses kinesio taping, manual techniques, or electrical stimulation. For more serious issues, we can advise on the right next steps and recommend exactly the right orthopedist or other specialist.

A physiotherapy session (up to 50 min) costs €70. The full price list is available on the price list page — you’ll also find prices for massage, kinesio taping, and other services there.

We are not a contracted partner of the Estonian Health Insurance Fund, but many clients reach us through Stebby, Confido, If, and other insurers. We are a licensed service provider, and insurance companies reimburse the services we provide. Pricing for insurance patients may differ from our standard price list. For more information, please contact us at +372 699 6515.

You can book an appointment through our online booking system or by phone at +372 699 6515. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel, using the same number. If you don’t show up for an appointment without notice, a no-show fee of €45 applies.

Yes, the same price list applies at both clinics.

At M33, the health center on Merivälja tee, parking is free along Mähe-Kaasiku tee, which runs parallel to the building, and in the car park at the Pirita end of the building. Parking conditions are regulated by the City of Tallinn.

You don’t need a referral for our appointments — just book a time. We have access to your health information through the Estonian Patient Portal (Terviseportaal).

Treatment & Therapy

The most common reasons are muscle tension and pain in the lower back, neck, or shoulders, joint pain, issues following an injury, pain during daily activities or sports, headaches and balance problems, as well as posture issues. It’s also worth seeing a physiotherapist before and after surgery, for ergonomic advice, or to prevent injuries.

Yes — physiotherapy is recommended both before and after surgery (e.g. joint replacements, arthroscopies) to support healing and recovery.

This depends on the individual case, but very often we can already provide guidance for resolving the issue after a single session, followed by a check-up visit later if needed. After surgery, we typically meet a bit longer, across different stages of recovery.
