Feedback
"The physiotherapy sessions have been very effective. Progressive discussions and many recommendations for smarter injury-free training for a recreational athlete!"
Rasmus RaskEntrepreneur, CEO of La Muu ice cream factory, health sports enthusiast
"Katre has thorough knowledge of running injuries. When analyzing my injury and its development, I received good recommendations for both equipment replacement, recovery exercises, as well as post-running training exercises, which have ensured that when running longer distances on asphalt (including competing), the pain has not returned."
Riho PihelpuuCEO @ ADM Interactive, recreational runner
"I have been going there since 2021 and the reception has always been pleasant. I met my favorite physiotherapist Anastassia Šipilova there, whose hands (and brain) work miracles. Whether the problem is caused by overload, injury, or simply prevention, she knows the magic.✨✨ After shoulder surgery, she got my arm moving again and I'm back on my bike. 🙂
I highly recommend the FÜisoteraapia Kliinik!"

"Katre has extensive knowledge and as a physiotherapist is extremely supportive and thorough. I like her approach that it's possible to recover from sports injuries and that one can and should continue with sports. In addition to the physical causes of injuries, she always 'checks' other basic topics as well – sleep, workload, recovery, nutrition."

"I liked everything very much, starting from entering - the staff was very kind and accommodating. I personally went to Anastassia Šipilova and was very satisfied with her, you can see that Anastassia approaches things very individually and is a professional in her field."

"I went for a visit with knee pain that had lasted a week.
Katre immediately did a thorough examination (tested mobility and potential injuries) and diagnosed the potential problem.
Then we did various exercises and set up a treatment plan.
She also filmed the exercises so I could review them later and sent me the videos immediately.
Finally, she applied kinesiotape to the knee (additionally instructed me on how I can do this myself in the future) and gave me a resistance band to take home for doing the exercises.
A very thorough, professional and pleasant experience!"

"Recovery from knee meniscus surgery with physiotherapist Anastassia was very effective, systematic, stress-free and led to stable progress. Anastassia's optimism, knowledge and personality traits convey not only confidence that recovery is complete and without residual limitations, but also the feeling that this is exactly how it should be. I definitely recommend turning to Anastassia if you need to recover from surgery, injury, or simply get advice while trying to avoid negative changes in daily life or sports."
